Counties and zones
Updated · Florida Sinkhole Compaction Grouting desk
No separate county URL is published. Hernando County and Pasco County rules that are already in hand are cited in the dossier on the home page.

What this index is for
This index cites the county rules already in hand. They do not get a second URL. Hernando County Code of Ordinances § 28-269 says new and existing sinkholes are reported to the county, the sheriff, and the Florida State Watch Office, and repaired to Southwest Florida Water Management District requirements and acceptable engineering standards. Citation: Hernando County Code of Ordinances § 28-269. Pasco County Land Development Code § 807.5 requires notice to the county, Tampa Bay Water, and SWFWMD if a sinkhole opens during construction, and lists grout as one procedure. Citation: Pasco County Land Development Code § 807.5. The full list is the dossier.
You still hire from the state page. Go to Florida sinkhole compaction grouting , answer the two questions, and send the email if the house is in spec. The missing locality page is not a refusal.
Cities that must not become routes
Tampa does not get a page. Ocala does not get a page. Tallahassee does not get a page. Gainesville does not get a page. Orlando does not get a page. Those names are not a gap in the menu. They are a decision: this host will not publish a stack of city articles that say the same thing with the town swapped.
A lead from those cities still sends. If the house is in Florida and you want deep compaction grouting for karst limestone under a residential foundation, use the form on the home page or on compaction grouting. Do not wait for a city link that this index will not grow into a doorway.
Places this desk will not add later as a workaround
Florida Panhandle deep clay zones are outside the job. Everglades muck areas are outside the job. Do not look for those areas to appear here as future routes. They are refusals on the form. They are this desk’s scope, not a county ordinance and not a water management district rule.
A water management district name in your notes is still a note. It does not create a page. The five districts and their boundaries are section 373.069, Florida Statutes.
How to send when your county is not listed
Do not invent a path. Do this instead.
- Open the home page and read the one sentence under the title.
- Answer whether the job is in Florida.
- Answer whether it is deep compaction grouting under a residential foundation on karst limestone.
- Stop if either answer is no, including a plant, hotel, or commercial site.
- Send the email if both answers are yes, including from a city that has no page.
- Put the county or district in the optional note only if you already know it.
What would have to be true before a county page exists
A county page has to say something the state page cannot say. The difference has to be a real local rule: who signs, what the skip costs, how the next county differs, and the document that says so. A skyline and a city name do not qualify. A repeated paragraph with the town changed does not qualify.
Hernando and Pasco already differ, and their sections are cited above and in the dossier. Until a third document is in hand, publishing another page would be a guess. If you need the crew, send the form today.
Questions owners ask
Why is my county missing?
Because a distinct local rule for that county is not in hand. The state job is still open. Use the form on the home page.
Can I request a page for my city?
No. A city name is not enough. Tampa, Ocala, Tallahassee, and Gainesville are specifically not routes. A callback from those cities still sends.
Does an empty index mean you refuse my house?
No. The index is not the qualifier. The two questions on the form are the qualifier. A Florida house that needs this grouting job can still send.
Where do I start if I only have five minutes?
Open the home page, answer the two questions, and send the email if both are yes. Leave unknown notes blank.
